Vertigo is designer jewelry brand founded by Victoria Strizhak. With a background in architecture, Victoria has a strong vision for design. Vertigo jewels are the artefacts of Lost Civilizations, remains of Empires that faded away, with insects being the only living creatures in their ruins. No one can stand before the Wrecking Ball of Time.

Our consultancy developed concepts for three collections of jewelry: Antgrvty, Scrbeus, Cleoptr. Design for the first collection plays with the physics of gravity, the main principal in the universe. Whimsical jewels levitate contrary to the laws of nature and become the center of attraction in their own world. Next one is the collection of ceramic beetles called Scrbeus. Here we see images featuring destroyed civilizations, with their endorsements lost in space and time ages ago. Beetles are the only ones to break the silence while titans kiss the dust. The third collection, Coleoptera, is inspired by beetles as well. We created an image of the end of the Ice Age. Ice is thawing and we see the only survivors — jewelry metal-winged creatures.

Brand visuals are austere and monochromatic. The logo is built from scratch. Taking roots in Old Style serifs this humanist sans-serif looks modern and fresh. It is strict and free from pretentiousness. Reflected letterform G in combination with O makes you feel like it is spinning — a subtle detail referring to the brand’s name since Vertigo means dizziness.
